This privacy policy applies to the ABC Kaleidoscope mobile apps offered through the Apple App Store. It is written for parents and children.
Our apps collect no personal data. They run entirely on your device — no account, no tracking, no advertising, and no sharing of data with third parties.

None. The apps do not collect, store, or transmit personal data. All content runs locally on the device. There is no sign-up, no analytics or statistics tools, and no crash reports sent to us.
Our apps are designed for children. Because we do not collect any data, no personal data from children is processed. Consent under Article 8 GDPR is therefore not required.
Downloads and any purchases are handled by the Apple App Store. Apple processes that data as an independent controller under Apple's own privacy policy. From Apple we receive only anonymous, aggregated sales statistics that cannot be traced to individuals.
The apps include no third-party services — no analytics providers, no advertising networks, no social-media plugins.
Under the GDPR you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, and objection. Because we hold no personal data about you, we generally have no data to which these rights could apply. For any questions, contact us at the email above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
We will update this policy if our apps or the legal requirements change.
